BAMAKO: Terrorists in Mali have killed 64 people in two separate attacks on an army base and a passenger boat.
According to the Arab media report, 49 civilians on board a boat traveling on the Niger River were killed as a result of the terrorist attack, while 15 soldiers were killed in the attack on the army base in Borum Circle of Gao Region.
According to media reports, 50 terrorists were also killed in the retaliatory action against the terrorists.

A group linked to al-Qaeda has claimed responsibility for both terrorist incidents in Mali.
The government has announced a three-day national mourning across the country for the deaths of civilians and military personnel in the terrorist attack.
