BHAKKAR: An additional sessions judge on Saturday granted bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Ali Amin Gandapur in case number 85.
According to details, the case wards heard by the Malik Mujtaba and Tariq Khan Niazi on Ali Amin Gandpur’s behalf. The additional session judge removed the section 324/395/440 from the case number 85.
It should be noted that on April 8, a case was registered against the PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur at Islamabad’s Golra police station under section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA). Subsequently, the Bhakkar police registered three cases against Ali Amin Gandapur, including one that includes anti-terrorism provisions.
The judge also dismissed the magistrate’s 3-day physical remand and confirmed bail in all other bailable sections in exchange for surety bonds totaling one lakh rupees.
Ali Amin Gandapur, a senior member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was granted a three-day physical detention earlier today by the Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Sargodha.
