KARACHI: A young man was shot and killed by Shaheen Force officials in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar on Tuesday.
The slain youth was identified as Amir.
As per details, the Shaheen Force allegedly ordered motorcycle riders to stop, but they disobeyed the order. Police claimed the motorcyclists fired at the police while trying to flee the area.
According to the police, staff members retaliated by killing the accused. Police further stated that they are investigating the deceased man’s criminal history. Moreover, they stated that they had found used ammunition that had been shot by the accused riders.
The mother of the deceased, on the other hand, told media that the cops had “murdered” her son. She claimed that Amir and his brother worked at Fishery. She questioned how a man could rob someone when a girl is with him.
Four police officers allegedly shot and killed Amir in front of them on the stairway, according to eyewitnesses. They also questioned why the officer shot him when he was standing next to a little girl on suspicion of robbery.
