In a bizarre moment, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Saturday questioned why Punjab government hasn’t performed autopsy of Imran Khan yet.
He raised this point in a press conference in Lahore, in which the PM requested Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial to form a full court commission to investigate the assassination attack against PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
Twitteratti immediately reacted to PM’s gaffe asking how PM could say such a thing while reading from a written speech.
Dr Shireen Mazari said “He had a written text with him also! Who forgot to tell him that by the grace of God Imran Khan survived the assassination attempt so post mortem was not needed. Seriously this is not funny esp coming from someone in his position. He has made a mockery of GoP.”
