KARACHI: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has got very important evidence against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) in Foreign Funding Case, a private TV channel reported on Friday.
“PTI’s Insaf Trust was used for transferring of Rs.2.5 million to a religious seminary but later the amount was taken back from the seminary as per the plan”, the reported revealed.
It added that, the FIA has also recorded the statement of the administration of the seminary, cccording to which only 50 thousand rupees were given to the administration of the religious seminary for transferring the funds.
The account of Insaf Trust was being used by Punjab minister Mian Mahmood-ul-Rashid.
FIA sources have said that, after Karachi, a case will also be registered soon against PTI leaders in Lahore.
