There’s no love-lost between Conor McGregor and Kamaru Usman. That’s something that was proven after Usman was defeated by Leon Edwards at UFC 278.
After being knocked out, The notorious UFC fighter mocked Usman via a Twitter post, in which he laughed at him after Edwards’ brutal kick.
He also shared a picture of Usman’s face after he was knocked down and wrote: “I don’t like the guy not sleeping with his men, hahahahaha.”

“It just landed perfectly” Edwards on head kick KO of Usman for welterweight title
In addition, McGregor congratulated Leon Edwards for beating Usman in the last minute of the fight. It was definitely a great fight and The Notorious was full of praise on Twitter for the winner.
It probably won’t be the last time McGregor will speak out about the fight. Given his history, it’s quite possible he’ll continue to tease Usman, especially with discussions for a fight between the two on the horizon.
Whether that fight will happen in the wake of Usman’s defeat remains to be seen, but what is likely is that the two will continue to have that fight on social media by trading insults.
