ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the PPP’s core committee has reportedly been convened after reports of preparation of summary in the Federal Ministry of Home Affairs regarding Governor Raj in Sindh.
According to private TV, Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed will have an important meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan today, after which a meeting will be held at the Interior Ministry under the chairmanship of Sheikh Rasheed.
Sources said that the meeting will review the law and order situation in Sindh and a summary will be prepared in the context of the deteriorating law and order situation in Sindh. According to sources, the Home Ministry may send a summary of Governor Raj to the prime minister in Sindh.

An emergency meeting of the PPP core committee was held after the statement of Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed regarding the imposition of Governor’s Rule in Sindh came to light.
The meeting at Zardari House in Islamabad was chaired by PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. The meeting discussed the statement of Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed and also discussed the political situation in the country and formulated a strategy to deal with the situation.
