Known for his entertaining movies, Bollywood famous actor Akshay Kumar earlier this year hit a career milestone as he completed thirty years in the film industry in January.

1) Prithviraj (January 2022)
Prithviraj is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language historical epic action drama film featuring Akshay Kumar as Prithviraj Chauhan along with Manushi Chhillar who will be playing his beloved wife Sanyogita.
The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana, Sakshi Tanwar, Manav Vij and Lalit Tiwari in other important characters. The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on 21st January 2022.
2) Bachchan Pandey (March 2022)
Bachchan Pandey is an action comedy film directed by Farhad Samji and written by Nischay Kuttanda and Farhad Samji. It stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. The movie will be theatrically released on 4th March 2022.
3) Ram Setu (October 2022)
Ram Setu will feature Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead roles. It was the first Indian co-production by Amazon Prime Video. The movie is scheduled to release on 24th October 2022.
4) OMG 2 (May 2022)
OMG – Oh My God! 2 is a seuel od 2012’s satirical comedy-drama film ‘OMG’. The second part will feature Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles. Written and directed by Amit Rai, OMG 2 is scheduled to release on 16th May 2022.
5) Raksha Bandhan (August 2022)
Raksha Bandhan is another comedy-drama film Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. The other cast includes Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb, and Smrithi Srikanth who play Kumar’s sisters.[6] The film will be theatrically released on 11th August 2022.
Revolving around the relation between brother-sister, the story of Raksha Bandhan is written by its director Aanand L. Rai’s frequent writer Himanshu Sharma.
