A giant online platform ‘Youtube’ has introduced hashtag landing pages, the news was posted on its Google support page.
YouTube is embracing the hashtag. The company has been quietly working on a new feature that allows users to better discover content using hashtags either by clicking on a hashtag on YouTube or by typing in a hashtag link directly.
Previously, these actions would return a mix of content related to the hashtag, but not only those videos where the hashtag had been directly used. Now that’s changing, as YouTube has fully rolled out its new ‘hashtag landing pages. Youtube said on its support page, “This new feature will help users discover videos through hashtags.”

Other platforms like Twitter and Instagram were using these hashtags for many years these news hashtag landing pages will be available through both the YouTube apps on Android and iOS and its desktop version.
Youtube is changing their way that will help its users to discover videos by grouping content together. The app would show you the content which is related to that particular hashtag while clicking on a hashtag will take the user to a dedicated page that only has videos that use the particular hashtag.
