Daredevil: Born Again’s release is fast approaching. The Devil of Hell’s Kitchen is finally set to get his own Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) TV show, which begins airing on March 4.
Daredevil: Born Again will debut on March 4 (US) and March 5 (UK and Australia). That announcement, which came in October 2024, arrived a few months after Marvel confirmed its rebooted Daredevil series would launch next March.
It’s possible that Daredevil: Born Again could join Echo, one of three MCU projects Daredevil has appeared in, in being released in full. However, with Born Again set to comprise 12 episodes – seven more than Echo – it’s highly unlikely they’ll arrive on the same day.
Instead, expect it to premiere with two episodes, with new episodes releasing weekly on Disney Plus, aka one of the world’s best streaming services, after that.
After months of waiting, Daredevil: Born Again’s first trailer was released on January 16 – and it looks as gritty and brutal as its Netflix forebear. Before that date, we didn’t know when it would arrive. Indeed, earlier in the month, Daredevil: Born Again star Vincent D’Onofrio said “its coming”, but the teaser’s debut was reportedly delayed due to the devastating LA wildfires, which began on January 7. With less than two months to go until the show’s debut, Marvel has finally seen fit to release it.
Before its public release, trailer #1 was shown exclusively to D23 Expo 2024 attendees. Until it was posted online, the only footage that the rest of us had seen was the briefest of looks in a video celebrating Marvel’s 85th anniversary, which included first looks at Daredevil:
Born Again, Thunderbolts, and Ironheart, and a further 20 seconds of footage in an October 2024 Marvel video that saw the comic giant unveil its full 2025 TV line-up.
