Meta is set to roll out three innovative new features for WhatsApp Status, generating widespread excitement and anticipation among its global user community.

The company has announced the introduction of new features in Status, which will allow users to post collages, music, and new stickers. Starting March 2025, users will have the option to add music clips to their Status and can select songs from the app’s music library.
These music clips can be between 15 and 60 seconds long, and now these clips can be converted into stickers, making Status updates more enriched with music. Additionally, users will also be able to post a single song as a Status update.
A new feature called “Layout” has been introduced through which users can create a collage of 6 photos and share it in a specific layout in their Status. A new sticker update named “Add Yours” will also be available to users, through which your friends or relatives can respond to your Status with their own photos.
These photos will be turned into stickers, and their size and shape can be modified. The company stated that the rollout of these features has begun and very soon users around the world will be able to use them.
