Possible ending
Most Korean dramas usually have quite a predictable ending. The makers usually follow a specific storyline, which is meant to be resolved within a certain number of episodes. So at the heart of the show is an initially unlikely couple (the couple in which the guy is a rich heir and the girl is a concierge) defying romantic obstacles to live happily together, something which is not necessarily an unfamiliar plot.
