Blaming Zionism for the bloodshed in Middle East, Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss has said that Jews, Muslims, and Christians have historically coexisted, and the only significant change has been the “introduction of Zionism”.
Earlier in London, on a tour titled the ‘Muslim and Jew Tour: Beyond Israel’ with Dr Azzam Tamimi, a Palestinian author and broadcaster, Rabbi Weiss spoke on behalf of religious Neturei Karta Jews who oppose the state of Israel and actively campaign that ‘truly religious Jews reject Israel’. He also highlighted that they support the rights of Palestinians against the illegal occupation of their land.

Rabbi Weiss added that Zionism is based on blasphemy and, in its essence, [Judaism] cannot have a state. He also mentioned how Rabbis cringed when they spoke about the Deir Yassin massacre of 1948, in which Irgun and Stern Gang Zionist militias attacked the village of Deir Yassin, killing at least 107 Palestinians.
Rabbi Weiss spoke in front of banners that read “Authentic Rabbis always opposed Zionism and the state of Israel” and “Judaism demands a Free Jerusalem and all Palestine and forbids any Jewish State”.
