ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet has allowed British airline Virgin Atlantic to start direct flights between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
The airline had also announced three routes to Pakistan from the UK from London-Lahore, London-Islamabad and Manchester-Islamabad from December 2020.
According to a schedule, the UK-based airline will operate three flights from December 10 to December 13.
Virgin Atlantic will operate the first flight on December 10 from Manchester to Islamabad, while On December 12 the ariline will operate a second flight from London to Islamabad. The third flight will operate between London and Lahore on December 13.
According to a tweet by the airline last month, Virgin Atlantic will be allowed to fly direct from London to Lahore and Islamabad and from Manchester to Islamabad.
