ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that we have presented the evidence of India’s involvement in terrorist incidents.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi chaired a consultative meeting on regional security and priorities. The meeting was attended by Special Assistant for National Security Moeed Yousuf, Foreign Secretary Sohail Mehmood, senior military officials, and senior Foreign Ministry officials.
During the meeting, the situation of coronavirus, Indian Occupied Kashmir, and the challenges faced by the region was discussed. FM Qureshi said that the violence in Occupied Kashmir during coronavirus is a matter of concern while we have made it clear that India is involved in terrorist activities.
He said that India’s Hindutva-oriented policies have endangered the region and timely completion of the Pakistan-China Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects is one of our top priorities.

The foreign minister said that peace and stability in Afghanistan are indispensable for the entire region. Earlier, FM Qureshi had lashed out at Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), saying that these opposition leaders were only striving to save their corruption.
“The 11-party alliance is risking the lives of people of Pakistan by holding public rallies amid the increasing number of COVID-19 infections,” the foreign minister said.
Commenting on the COVID-19 situation, FM Qureshi feared that the circumstances could worsen in the country in the coming month of January. He urged the masses to ensure the implementation of the SOPs to contain the outbreak of the deadly virus.
