An old video of Iranian Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and his wife’s visit to the Western Wall Plaza went viral on social media with many netizens unknowing linked this to the recent Israel-Iran conflict.
It is worth mentioning that The Western Wall, also known as the Wailing Wall or the Kotel, is a significant religious site in Jerusalem, particularly for the Jewish people. It’s the last remnant of the Second Temple’s retaining wall, making it the closest point to the Temple Mount’s Holy of Holies.
In 2013, the son of the Iranian Shah, Reza Pahlavi, visited the Western Wall [Al-Buraq Wall] of Al-Aqsa Mosque complex in Occupied East Jerusalem, and voiced hope to restore “historic friendship” with Israel.
@hananyanaftali I witnessed something extraordinary when Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi entered Jerusalem’s Western Wall – the birds started flying and sing, and there was a dove above his head as he was signing the guestbook and writing about the friendship between Israelis and Iranians. TRULY BIBLICAL! #RezaPahlavi #CyrusAccords #Iran #Israel
During his father’s rule, before being overthrown in 1979 by the Iranian Islamic Revolution, the Shah regime had built strong ties with Israel. Since that time, he and his family have been living in exile.
Raza Pahlavi is active on social media following the start of Israeli strikes on Iran last Friday.
In a statement released on social media, Reza Pahlavi claimed that the country has entered a decisive phase and a blueprint for a transitional government has been prepared after the end of the current system. He said that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has lost control and the end of the Islamic Republic of Iran is near.
The Islamic Republic has come to its end and is collapsing. What has begun is irreversible. The future is bright, and together we will turn the page of history. Now is the time to stand up; the time to reclaim Iran. May I be with you soon. pic.twitter.com/qrbnDmf8SX

Reza Pahlavi, the son of former Iranian King Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, said that the Iranian people do not need to worry about the period after the end of the Islamic Republic, because a complete plan is ready.
He clarified that after Khamenei, a 100-day transitional government will be established in the country, after which the formation of a national democratic government will be implemented. He said that all arrangements for the transitional period have been completed so that the country can be put on the path of stability.
