Islamabad: A horrific accident involving a speeding dumper truck resulted in the death of four people and left seven others injured after colliding with five vehicles in the capital.
According to initial reports, the dumper truck lost control due to overspeeding, ramming into multiple vehicles. The driver fled the scene immediately, abandoning the wreckage.
Rescue teams and Islamabad police arrived promptly, transporting the injured victims to PIMS Hospital for urgent medical care.
This incident follows a similar tragedy in Larkana, where, within just five days, a single dumper truck caused four fatalities, sparking public outrage over negligence and lack of regulatory enforcement.
Authorities are being urged to tighten road safety measures and hold reckless drivers accountable to prevent further loss of lives.
