ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesperson Ayesha Farooqui has confirmed that United States President Donald Trump would not visit Pakistan next month.
In a weekly briefing, the foreign spokesperson said that Donald Trump would visit India next month but his stay in Pakistan did not include.
According to Ayesha Farooqui, Trump wants to have a separate visit to Pakistan that would not be linked to any other visit to the region.
Moreover, Trump would likely visit India from 24th to 25th February.
Prime Minister Imran Khan earlier had invited the US President to visit Pakistan during his visit to the United States.
On 22nd January, Shah Mehmood Qureshi also confirmed the visit of the US President to Pakistan.
