Police have arrested the suspect in the murder of 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousaf. The suspect has been identified as “Kaka.”
According to details, Islamabad Police had registered a case of Sana Yousaf’s murder at Sumbal Police Station. The case text stated that the murder was committed by an unknown suspect.
The case was registered on the complaint of the deceased TikToker’s mother, who told the police in her initial statement that she could identify the suspect if seen.
According to the FIR, at 5 PM on Monday evening, an unknown suspect entered Sana Yousaf’s home. The suspect fired two bullets that hit Sana Yousaf in the chest. After the shooting, the suspect fled the scene. Sana Yousaf was taken to the hospital but could not survive.
The police arrested the suspect with the help of technical equipment and CCTV footage and also recovered the murder weapon. The police stated that the suspect is from Punjab, and was arrested late at night.
Police sources say that the suspect had contact with the TikToker, and in the initial investigation, the motive for the murder was stated to be personal enmity. According to the investigators, the suspect who killed the 17-year-old TikToker was seen by the victim’s mother.
The suspect fled to Faisalabad after murdering the young TikToker and has now been arrested and is under investigation. The suspect claims to be a friend of Sana Yousaf.
It is noteworthy that according to the police, the guest who visited TikToker Sana Yousaf at her home last night was the one who shot her and then fled the scene. Sana Yousaf was originally from Upper Chitral.
