KARACHI: A fire broke out on Friday at a factory located in Karachi’s Orangi neighbourhood killing at least three people.
According to details, the fire that erupted at the factory located in Orangi No 4. A police team and fire brigade put the blaze out reported a scarcity of resources. They had to employ water tankers to aid their efforts.
Three fire tenders took part in the firefighting operation. The cause of the fire has not yet been learned. The people who died in the blaze were identified as Akram, Shahid, and Ismail.
The number of fire incidents in Karachi has not decreased. Earlier, a fire broke out in a warehouse near Shershah and engulfed the entire warehouse.
One fire tender took part in the firefighting operation which gradually increased to six fire tenders. The warehouse owners said that the fire brigade showed negligence which allowed the fire to spread.

It is worth mentioning here that most of the fire tenders present in Karachi to beat conflagration have broken down while only nine are still functional for the entire metropolis.
Earlier in June, five people were killed in a factory fire in Faisalabad. The oil factory inferno was brought under control after five hours of toil, five charred dead bodies of factory workers were pulled from the burning establishment.
