Former national cricket team captain Shahid Afridi strongly criticized India’s threats, saying that India is trying to intimidate us, but they cannot stand against our army.
In a TV program, Shahid Afridi responded to India’s hollow threats by saying that they are trying to scare us. Pakistan has been in a state of war for a long time. The Pakistan Army has become so well-trained that they cannot compete with it.
Shahid Afridi also said, “Who supports terrorism? Neither our country nor our religion does. We have been fighting terrorism for a long time. We are against terrorism. Our religion is also against it. Our religion is about peace and advocates for peace.”

Earlier, Shahid Afridi had strongly criticized the Modi government, calling it incompetent over the Pahalgam false flag operation, which provoked a strong reaction from former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, who targeted Afridi on X (formerly Twitter).

In response to that post, Shahid Afridi shared a picture on X wearing a military shirt and holding a cup of tea, offering tea to Shikhar Dhawan. It is worth noting that tensions between Pakistan and India have escalated following the killing Indian tourists in the Pahalgam area of occupied Kashmir.
