ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court has granted bail to six employees, including the CEO of Therapy Works, in the murder case of Noor Muqadam, daughter of former Pakistani ambassador.
In its written decision, the District and Sessions Court said that in addition to the owner of the therapy works, the employees had no role in the murder of Noor Muqadam and the employees were not present at the scene. Furthermore, the criminal record shows that the main accused in the case, Zahir Jaffer, severely injured an employee, Amjad, so it cannot be assumed that the therapy works team went to the crime scene to destroy the evidence.
It is to be noted that Islamabad police had arrested the first therapy center employee in the Noor Muqadam case. Police said that on the day of the murder of employee Noor Muqaddam, a team from the therapy center had reached the spot.
