Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the joy of the Pakistani nation, filled with victory, has doubled on Youm-e-Takbeer. India challenged our sovereignty by conducting nuclear explosions in 1998.
According to details, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, while issuing a message on the occasion of Youm-e-Takbeer, said that it has been 27 years since Pakistan became the seventh nuclear power in the world. This time, Pakistan is celebrating Youm-e-Takbeer on an important and historic occasion.
The Prime Minister said that by the grace of Allah, Pakistan was victorious in the battle of truth from May 6 to 10. We emerged triumphant from the war imposed by India. The joy of Youm-e-Takbeer has further increased for the victorious nation filled with evident victory.
He said that in May 1998, India challenged our security, defense, and sovereignty by conducting five nuclear explosions. Nawaz Sharif made Pakistan a nuclear power by conducting six explosions. At that time, Nawaz Sharif represented the aspirations and interests of the nation. Nawaz Sharif did not pay heed to economic sanctions, pressure, threats, and temptations.
