Chapli Kebabs, also known as Peshawari kebabs, belong to the local cuisine of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P). Chapli kebabs are fried on high flame at first, flipped after a minute to cook the other side, locking the juice in. Then they are fried until fully cooked on medium heat.

chi’s Block-B North Nazimabad, Shinwari is famous for it’s everything, including its sitting arrangements. Sautéed in ghee, their Chapli Kababs are crunchier and with extra spice and have a mind-blowing taste.
Talking to M.M News, the restaurant manager informed that their Chapli Kababs are made with secret spices. Their mutton Chapli Kababs are excellent.
Haveli Restaurant
Located off Highway, its Chapli Kebabs definitely carried a taste of its own. The edges were rightly charred, crispy and crunchy, whereas the rest of the beef patty was moist and tender.
Talking to M.M News, the restaurant manager informed that they are only serving beef Chapli Kabab with their own secret spices. The Chapli Kabab platter costs Rs550.
