ISLAMABAD: The former Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin has reacted to Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s challenge to former premier and party Chairman Imran Khan for a live debate on country’s economy, saying Dar is suffering from disappointment.
In a statement issued the other day, Shaukat Tarin asked Ishaq Dar to oversee his government’s economic survey, challenging the finance minister to live debate with him.
His statement came after Ishaq Dar, addressing a press conference, strongly criticised Imran Khan for misleading the nation by stating “incorrect” facts and “defaming the country by spreading false propaganda of default”.
