SYDNEY: South Africa has defeated Bangladesh by a long margin of 104 runs in the World Cup match played today. The Bangladeshi team was given a target of 206 runs.
According to the details, South Africa scored 205 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs while batting first. Bangladesh started batting in pursuit of the target of 206 runs.
The first wicket of Bangladesh fell at 26, the second at 27, the third at 39, the fourth at 47, and the fifth at a total score of 66. Even after the fall of wickets and the departure of the batters to the pavilion, the journey continued at the same speed.

Among the South African bowlers, Anraj Notje guided the most Bangladeshi players to the pavilion with 4. Bangladesh’s sixth wicket was 71, seventh 76, eighth 85, and ninth 89 while the tenth fell on a total score of 101 and the team returned to the pavilion on 101 runs.
South Africa’s Tabriz Shamsi was the other prominent bowler who dismissed 3 Bangladeshi players for just 20 runs in 4 overs. The Bangladeshi team could not even complete the allotted 20 overs and all the players were dismissed till the third ball of the 17th over.
