RAWALPINDI: A soldier was martyred after terrorists opened fire from across the Afghanistan border at a security post in Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lance Naik Samiullah embraced martyrdom after the terrorists opened fire at a border post of the security forces.
On 21st June, a Pakistan Army captain and soldier had embraced martyrdom and two others were injured when unidentified gunmen opened fire at the convoy of security forces in North Waziristan.
According to ISPR, one terrorist was also killed in retaliation The martyred soldiers had been identified as Captain Sabih and sepoy Naveed.
