Actor Kanwar Arsalan, who has appeared in many dramas including ‘Larkiyan Mohallay Ki’, has opened up about the monetary struggles faced by male actors in the entertainment industry.
The actor who is also the husband of Fatima Effendi, in an interview said that life on social media is different than real lives of people. “It has become really hard to make money from industry,” he said.
According to Arsalan, the kind of home social media associates with actors is not the reality. “Had it been a reality (except for a few actors), we would only be doing the acting whole of our lives but it’s is not like that,” Kanwar Arsalan said.
Talking about money-related issueshis wife Fatima said that she only gets a little delay in payments but she never faces other issues. Arsalan added to Fatima’s reply and said that he is the bread earner of his family. “Bbeing a man, these money issues affect me more than Fatima,” he maintained.
Earlier, the actor was invited to a show and while replying to a question about actors who should not do films, Kanwar Arsalan said that he thinks, Feroze Khan, is extremely good in dramas, he is not film material, he should only do dramas.

While telling the same about Ahad Raza Mir, he said that Ahad Raza Mir should also stick to dramas. “He is an actor and not a hero material, hero one must-have tall height, and a muscular build, walking like a man, he is a good actor,” he said.
Replying to the question, “If you get a chance to give a book titled ‘how to sign a good project’, whom will you give it to?”, Kanwar Arsalan said, “I will give it to Mahira Khan, I think she can do a lot better.” While replying to the question about the film ‘Superstar’ as a ‘Bad choice’, he said that the public didn’t like it, he didn’t like it. “In my opinion, it was a drama-like movie, I don’t have to offend anybody,” he maintained.
