ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a meeting of the federal cabinet to discuss and take decisions on the changing situation in Afghanistan and important issues of national and economic nature.
According to details, a briefing will be given to the cabinet members on the situation in Afghanistan at a meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by the prime minister. The country’s political and economic situation will also be reviewed.
The members of the federal cabinet will be apprised of the decisions of the National Security Committee. The cabinet meeting will be held at 12 noon at the Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad.
It may be recalled that earlier during the federal cabinet meeting chaired by PM Imran Khan, the Pakistan Air Force, and Navy were directed to end the occupation of government land.

Two weeks ago today, a meeting of the federal cabinet was held under the chairmanship of PM Imran Khan in which important national and political issues were discussed and important decisions were taken.
During the cabinet meeting, the Pakistan Navy and Air Force were directed to vacate the occupied government lands, especially the National Park area of Islamabad.
