Musician and education activist Shehzad Roy has finally revealed the secret behind his fitness as he is famously known for his youthful and charming looks.
The 44-year-old singer was invited to an entertainment show hosted by actor Ahsan Khan in which he spilled the beans on his forever young looks. When Ahsan asked Shehzad why he looks still the same since the time they are watching him on TV, the singer replied that firstly, he has been singing since his childhood. He then revealed the real reason behind his fitness.
Shehzad said that he does a lot of exercises, also is also inspired by Afridi. “Exercise is the thing that keeps you fit, I don’t much care about diet but yes I do a lot of exercises to remain in shape,” said Shehzad. He said that it is important to take care of yourself. Shehzad Roy started his singing career in 1995 and has recorded six hit albums since then.

Moreover, along with Shehzad, Shahid Afridi also appeared on the show. During the show, Shahid Afridi was really furious at the TikTok app. Shehzad Roy however, was of the view that Afridi is a world-known figure so he can also work for the ban of TikTok.
Shahid said that this job only belongs to Shehzad as he is the one who talks about social issues more than him. Afridi said that TikTok is a bigger issue and the voice should be raised in this regard.
