KOHAT: Minister for Narcotics Control Shehryar Khan Afridi has shared that he regretted the death of his nephew Jawad Afridi who earlier committed suicide.
Jawad Afridi allegedly committed suicide in his house in Kohat on Sunday. He was found lying in a pool of blood in his room. He was shifted to the DHQ hospital in Kohat where he was pronounced dead.
The news was confirmed by Shehryar Khan Afridi himself through a tweet posted on Twitter today, “With a heavy heart, I confirm that my nephew Jawad Afridi has left for his eternal abode today. In these times of shock and pain, I request all to pray for the departed soul & patience for the bereaved family. Gratitude.”

The deceased received a bullet in his head and there were suspicions that he has committed suicide. Police have launched an investigation into the matter.
