LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif expressed Thursday expressed sorrow over the loss of precious human lives in the Lahore blast and said that poor and minors were affected by the blast which is strongly condemnable.
Opposition Leader of National Assembly said that terrorism in Lahore days after an incident in Islamabad is not a good sign for the country.
Shehbaz Sharif also prayed for speedy recovery of the injured.
On the other hand, Maryam Nawaz said that a blast in the busiest area of Lahore is very concerning.
It merits mention that a time-device blast in Pan Mandi area in New Anarkali Bazar of Lahore has killed several people.

The rescue teams reached spot of the incident and shifted the injured to Mayo Hospital.
Windows of nearby shops and buildings were left shattered by the explosion and motorcycles damaged.
Police said that around 1.5 kilograms of explosives were used in the blast. It was further learned that the explosives were placed on the ground between motorcycles.
