KARACHI: Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi while appreciating the decision for calling off PSL- 5, suggests to hand the trophy to the table topper.
Shahid Afridi on Tuesday tweeted: “Sad to see the PSL end, but health and safety of all concerned is the key, esp those who are traveling back to their homes.”
“He added: Perhaps the decision could have been taken earlier, with regards to the trophy…well, the table-topper should be handed the trophy.”

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday called off all remaining matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL-5) which are scheduled to be played in PakistanAmid coronavirus threats.
The Pakistan Cricket Board officials have said that the matches were now will be rescheduled amid rising threats of Coronavirus in Pakistan. It further said the decision has been taken in the wake of players’ safety.
