Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s movie ‘Jawan’ has already done a massive business at the box office just after a day of its release.
Released on September 7, ‘Jawan’ created history on its opening day as according to trade reports, the SRK-starrer minted a whopping Rs 75 crore in India.
At the worldwide box office, the film collected more than Rs 150 crore. ‘Jawan’ is now the biggest opener of Bollywood of all time.
Meanwhile, trade analyst Ramesh Bala mentioned on X (formerly known as Twitter) that ‘Jawan’ is looking at Rs 150 crore plus Day 1 opening worldwide (sic).”

The movie was released worldwide in theatres in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Directed by Atlee, it stars Shah Rukh Khan along with Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani. Deepika Padukone is seen in an extended cameo.
The film is touted to be a commercial entertainer and features SRK in a double role – an intelligence officer and a thief. The film was shot across Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Rajasthan and Aurangabad.
