Shah Rukh Khan has moved his wife, Gauri Khan, and children — Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan, and AbRam—to a new temporary residence in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area, as their iconic home, Mannat, undergoes renovation, according to Indian media.
A report by The Indian Express on Tuesday stated that paparazzi spotted the Bollywood actor entering his new home with his manager, Pooja Dadlani, and daughter Suhana Khan. Shah Rukh will live in the new accommodation for approximately two years while extensive renovations are carried out at their landmark bungalow in Bandstand, Mumbai.
Notably, SRK’s temporary residence will cost Rs 24 lakh per month, as he has leased two duplex apartments for Rs 2.9 crore per year, according to Indian media. He will be renting the flats from the Bhagnani family.

According to The Hindustan Times, the building is owned by Jackky Bhagnani, his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh, and their father, producer Vashu Bhagnani. The building is named after Vashu’s wife, Pooja Bhagnani. Although it is located in a posh Mumbai locality, the apartment is about half the size of Mannat, where SRK previously lived.
Shah Rukh Khan occupied approximately 27,000 sq. ft. at Mannat, while the new residence spans around 10,500 sq. ft., which is still less than half of Mannat’s size. The security and staff members from Mannat will also stay with Shah Rukh Khan and his family.
The King of Bollywood has not issued any official statement regarding the move, but Indian media outlets continue to report on the development.
