Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has finally begun shooting for Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ as his picture from the sets has gone viral on the internet.
The picture was shared by one of the fans of the actor on social media which features SRK posing with director Rajkumar Hirani and several others. ‘Dunki’ marks SRK’s return to films after the debacle of ‘Zero’ in 2018. He has been paired with Taapsee Pannu in this film, which promises to be unique entertainer.
Announcing the movie, SRK had shared, “Raj Kumar Hirani is one of the finest filmmakers of this generation, we have always spoken about working together and I am extremely happy we are finally doing it with ‘Dunki’. We have just started shooting this month and I am cherishing every moment of it. Raju ke liye main Donkey, Monkey…kuch bhi ban sakta hoon! (I can become a monkey, donkey or anything for Raju)”.

‘Dunki ’went on floors in April this year and is slated for release on December 22, 2023. However, before all that, Shah Rukh is set to return to theatres with the action-thriller drama Pathaan. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan also features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Pathaan will mark Shah Rukh’s comeback to movies after almost four years. It will hit theatres on January 25, 2023.
