OCCUPIED JERUSALEM: One person was killed and several others reported injured in at least two explosions that took place near a Bus Station here on Wednesday morning.

According to reports gathered from multiple sources, the first explosion was reported close to the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, injured at least 9 people, including two who were in serious-critical condition.

The cause of the explosion was still unknown but Israel Police investigating multiple possible explanations including the possibility of a terror attack.
The second explosion took place at Ramot junction, in which at least 2 people were slightly injured.

Some witnesses have claimed that they noticed a bag leaning against a wall shortly before the explosion although these claims have not been verified.

However, according to N12, the explosion was caused by a device set up on a motorcycle next to the bus stop.
Five of the injured people were evacuated to Shaare Tzedek Medical Center, two in critical condition, two in serious condition, and one moderately injured.
Shortly after the initial explosion, a second explosion was reported nearby, and according to ZAKA paramedics, one person is being treated in the area.
