RAWALPINDI: Security forces foiled terrorist attacks in Balochistan’s Panjgur and Noshki and killed four terrorists.
According to ISPR, terrorists tried to attack security forces camps at two places in Balochistan, Panjgur, and Noshki on Wednesday night. Both attacks have been successfully repulsed while the terrorists have suffered heavy casualties.
The ISPR added that terrorists in Noshki tried to break into the FC camp, to which an immediate response was given. The incident in Balochistan took place on the night of January 25, a week after 10 Pakistani soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack on a security forces check post in the Kech district of Balochistan.
On the other hand, the CTD arrested the alleged terrorist of the banned outfit who attacked the Quaid-e-Azam Residency in Ziarat yesterday.
The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested the alleged terrorist during an operation in Harnai district of Balochistan. The arrested terrorist from Shahrag area of Harnai belongs to a banned organization.
