This development has been revealed on the occasion of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries. A statement issued by the Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh said. It should be remembered that this memorandum was signed by the Minister of Information Technology Abdullah Al-Sawaha on behalf of Saudi Arabia.
