KARACHI: Former Captain of Pakistan Cricket Team, Sarfraz Ahmed advised young players to stay away from social media to avoid controversies.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Sarfraz Ahmed said that the youngsters should avoid social media as much as possible and to focus more on cricket.
He said that social media has ruined the lives of many celebrities and cricketers.
He said, “Being a cricketer, you are representing your country so such things will disturb you,” adding that the chats of the cricketers that were leaked were illegal.
It is worth mentioning here that the chats of Imam-ul-Haq and Shaheen Shah Afridi were leaked and both were in the hot water following social media controversies.
