Robert Pattinson’s film ‘The Batman’ to resume filming next month

LOS ANGELES: Warner Bros. has announced to resume production of actor Robert Pattinson-headlined superhero movie ‘The Batman’ from next month.

The movie production will restart in early September in the UK. Matt Reeves has penned the script of the film with Mattson Tomlin, the scriptwriter of the movie ‘Project Power’.

The Batman, which production was halted in March earlier this year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, is scheduled to be released on 1st October 2021.

‘The Batman’ also stars Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Jeffrey Wright as Gotham City Commissioner James Gordon, Paul Dano as The Riddler and Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman.

 This year in April, Warner Bros had announced that it is delaying the theatrical release of The Batman movie, along with moving a couple of other upcoming movies.
