KARACHI: Renowned Pakistani chef Zubaida Tariq is being remembered on her 3rd death anniversary.
Zubaida Tariq, who gained immense fame with her homemade remedies and unique food, passed away at the age of 72 from a heart attack. Her work personality and style of working are loved by her people.
Zubaida Tariq belonged to a literary and artist family of Pakistan. She was the sister of renowned intellectual playwright Anwar Maqsood and Fatima Surayya. Born on 4th April 1945, Zubaida Tariq was born in the Indian city of Hyderabad Deccan and after the formation of Pakistan, she moved to Karachi with her family.

Zubaida Tariq was commonly known as Zubaida Apa’. She had also published books containing recipes and tips by her. She had hosted about 4,000 TV shows
