After the ceasefire between India and Pakistan, it has been decided to shift all remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 to Rawalpindi.
According to media reports, the PSL administration has contacted the franchises and conveyed to them that a ceasefire has been reached between Pakistan and India, so foreign players should be stopped in Dubai.
The franchises have also asked local players to be mentally prepared, and it has been said that the remaining matches of the PSL will be held in Rawalpindi.
After the ceasefire announcement, the PSL administration has started homework for the players, hotels, and ground staff to complete the remaining matches.
However, no final schedule has been released by the administration, but, sources said that the remaining matches will be scheduled at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
It should be noted that there are 4 group matches between PSL teams, namely Karachi Kings vs Peshawar Zalmi, Lahore Qalandars vs Peshawar Zalmi, Islamabad United vs Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators.
In addition, Qualifiers, Eliminator 1, Eliminator 2, and the final matches are to be played.
Earlier PCB has announced that the remaining tournament would be replaced to the UAE, however, following the ceasefire the cricket board changed the decision.
