KARACHI: Pakistan’s Rashid Naseem martial arts academy has become the first academy to register 100 Guinness World Records after adding two more to its tally.
The Karachi-born has Rashid Nasim, who mastered the skill of setting new world records in the field of martial arts broke two more records in Jumping Jacks categories of 40 and 60 pounds.
It is worth mentioning that Rashid Nasim has now registered 81 Guinness World Records in different forms, while his academy has so far set 100 records.
Rashid holds the record for the most Guinness World Records in all categories of Nunchaku.
Rashid has done Post Graduation in Mass Communication in 2005 from Karachi University Karachi.
He is the founder and President of the Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts since 2001. His 10 students are also Guinness World Record holders, while over the entire academy now reached 100 Guinness World Records.
On the occasion of reaching the milestone of 100th Guinness World Records, Rashid released a video message saying achieving 100 world records within just 9 years without government’s support is an incredible accomplishment.
Rashid lamented the fact that government has ignored his achievements and never supported his work.
