Renowned Pakistani Guinness World Record holder Rashid Naseem has broken yet another record, this time for the fastest boxing punches in the world.
Rashid Naseem has reclaimed the title of “World’s Fastest Boxing Punch Expert” by surpassing England’s Josh Leiala. In a remarkable feat, Rashid delivered 386 punches in one minute, breaking Leiala’s previous record of 374. Guinness World Records confirmed the achievement via an official email and published it on their website. This marks Rashid Naseem’s 154th world record, which he has dedicated to Palestine.
Rashid Naseem holds the global distinction of having set the most records in punch-related categories. Previously, he had set a record by delivering 32,686 punches in one hour on behalf of Pakistan. Additionally, he landed over 24,000 punches on a target in one hour while holding a one-kilogram weight.
He also holds unbeaten records for full-contact punches: 675 punches in one minute with a one-kilogram weight, 1,896 punches in three minutes, and 1,778 punches in three minutes with the same weight.
Recently, Rashid set another unique record by delivering 207 full-extension punches with one hand while holding an egg in the same hand. He also holds the record for the most full-extension punches with one hand and a one-kilogram weight, totaling 163.
Rashid Naseem not only represents Pakistan but also holds the highest number of individual world records globally. With 126 individual records to his name in Pakistan, he has broken more than 40 records previously held by India.
