The Meteorological Department has predicted rain accompanied by thunder in Islamabad and other parts of the country beginning this evening.
Daytime conditions in Islamabad and its surrounding areas are expected to remain extremely hot. However, isolated occurrences of dust storms and thunderstorms are anticipated later in the day.
Across most districts of Punjab, the weather will remain predominantly hot and dry. Plains areas may experience dusty winds during the day. Rain and dust storms are expected in Rawalpindi, Galiyat, Chakwal, Jhelum, and adjoining localities this evening.
Sindh and Balochistan will also continue to experience extreme heat and dry weather, with dusty winds forecast in many parts of both provinces.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, most regions will face hot and dry conditions during the day. The plains are likely to endure severe heat, accompanied by dusty winds in the afternoon. By evening, dust storms and rainfall are expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Mansehra, Shangla, Kohistan, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Kurram, Kohat, Waziristan, and nearby areas.
