Britain’s famous TV star, queen of reality shows, and icon of the LGBTQ+ community, Kim Woodburn, passed away at the age of 83 after a short illness.
Her family confirmed that Kim Woodburn had withdrawn from all professional engagements some time ago due to deteriorating health and had stopped uploading videos on social media. In a message to her fans in March this year, Kim Woodburn wrote that there would be no more videos, as she needed time to recover.
Kim Woodburn gained fame as a co-host on Channel 4’s popular program How Clean Is Your House? from 2003 to 2009, which earned her the title “Queen of Clean.” This program became popular not only in Britain but also internationally, and she later appeared in a similar show in Canada called Kim’s Rude Awakenings.
Due to her bold personality and frankness, she also gained immense popularity in reality shows like I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity Big Brother, where she placed third in 2017. Her fame wasn’t limited to reality shows; she also appeared multiple times on British talk shows Loose Women and This Morning, entertaining audiences with her commanding style.
