KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday gained 85.78 points or 0.19% as the stock market has entered a period of calm after the intense rally in the past few weeks.
At close on Wednesday, the benchmark index settled at 45,095.11, a decrease of 85.78 points or 0.19%.
Investors are looking for signs of the next direction in the next catalyst.

The index fluctuated by 299,47 points during today’s session, reaching a top of 45,227,49 and a low of 44,928,02 respectively.
The KSE100 Index had a total volume of 125.855 million shares.
WorldCall Telecom was the volume leader with 18.5 million shares followed by TPL Properties with 10.3 million shares and Pak Petroleum with 8.96 million shares.
Shares of 325 companies were traded on Wednesday, of which 97 registered an increase, 202 recorded a fall and 26 remained unchanged.
