Prime Video has released the official trailer of Ziddi Girls, following the journey of five girls who enroll in a girls’ college where they believe they have the freedom to do whatever they want.

According to Prime Video India, Ziddi Girls follows the journey of five girls in their first year at Matilda House, an all-girls college in Delhi, and their new principal, whose reforms spark a rebellion.

Prime Video released the official trailer of Ziddi Girls on Monday. The video has garnered nearly 40 thousand views and over 800 likes. Prime Video India states, “Labelled ziddi (headstrong) for their defiance, the students resist attempts to curb their freedoms, thoughts, and aspirations.”

Regarding the concept of the show, Prime Video India describes it as “exploring uplifting female friendships, clashing ideologies, and the search for one’s identity.” However, the trailer does not seem to reflect this, as the Ziddi Girls find themselves in inappropriate environments and appear to embrace them.

The trailer shows that when a new principal arrives and tries to restrict their reckless behavior, they fight against her, claiming it is a fight for their liberty. The principal, however, appears determined to ensure that the college maintains a professional environment focused solely on education.
