ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed happiness over the victory in the elections and announced that he will form a PTI government in Gilgit-Baltistan.
According to details, the prime minister said that the people have rejected the statement of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) while the opposition political parties have no interest in the problems of the people.
PM Imran Khan said that we will form a government in Gilgit-Baltistan and focus on solving the problems of the people. The people voted against the opposition and vindicated the PTI’s position, the prime minister said.
Moreover, PM Imran Khan will chair the federal cabinet meeting today to discuss a 14-point agenda at the Prime Minister’s office. The cabinet meeting will consider the political, economic, and coronavirus situation in the country. Approval of the appointment of the Chairman of the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board is part of the agenda.

Approval is also expected for the appointment of the chairman of the National Commission for Human Rights. Approval of notifications from members of the Press Council of Pakistan will also be discussed. During the meeting, the approval of the Anti-Trafficking Ordinance will be discussed. A briefing will also be given on the process of appointment of CEOs of key public sector enterprises.
